The semi-final was a thrilling encounter against Rotary Club of Kira. Direct Aid fought hard but narrowly lost 4-3.
They then played in the third-place play-off against Stratus. The game ended 2-2 in normal time, but Direct Aid lost 3-4 on penalties, finishing fourth overall.
It was a great display for Direct Aid Uganda in its first ever participation in the competition.
Three branches gathered and contributed players to the team: the Main Branch in Najjanankumbi, Kampala, Assahaba Center in Kakiri, Wakiso, and Azamir Center in Nakaswa, Mukono.
