Noor Media is a media platform affiliated with the Direct Aid Society, an NGO from Kuwait that has been serving communities in Africa since 1981 and in Uganda since 1988. Through its various initiatives, the Society has supported Ugandan society in education, health, and social development.

Launched in November 2024, Noor Media was established to extend this mission into the media space. Our purpose is to educate, inspire, and guide, focusing on Islamic values of worship, ethics, and good character—principles that benefit not only Muslims but humanity at large. In addition, we showcase the programs, news, and activities of the Direct Aid Society in Uganda.

We pay special attention to the youth between the ages of 15 and 45, as they are the seeds and nucleus of the future of this great religion. It is our duty to nurture them with knowledge, faith, and direction.

To the Muslim community, our message is clear: remain steadfast in Islam by adhering to the Qur’an and the guidance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This is the true path to success in this world and salvation in the Hereafter.
